Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy explains what information reaches Golden Crown Entertainment Group, Inc., how it is used, how long it is kept, and who else sees it. It covers this website and the other properties the company operates, including Deepfall and the websites, games, Roblox and Discord communities, and paid offerings of the Collapse Initiative group.

Who is responsible

Golden Crown Entertainment Group, Inc. is the controller of the information described here. The company is held by Platinum Helix Enterprises. Its brands and groups, including Collapse Initiative, are operated by the company, which is responsible for the practices set out in this policy.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

This website specifically

goldencrownent.com is a static informational site. It has no accounts, no sign in, no contact form, no comment system, and no payment flow, so there is no field anywhere on it through which you can give us personal information.

It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts, and no third party trackers. Typefaces, images, audio, and every other asset are served from this domain, so loading a page here does not tell a font network, a CDN, or an analytics company that you visited. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to local or session storage.

The rest of this policy therefore describes our other properties more than it describes this one.

Server logs and hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records technical request data when a page or file is served, including the requesting IP address, the browser user agent, the URL requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. That happens at the hosting layer, before our code runs.

We use this data to deliver the site, keep it available, and defend it against abuse such as scraping and denial of service. We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell it. It is handled under Vercel’s own privacy terms as our processor, and is retained for a short operational period.

Information we receive from games and platforms

Individual games may maintain their own progression, settings, inventory, purchase entitlements and moderation records under the platform’s rules. The exact fields depend on the game. This website does not collect a copy of every game datastore.

The Collapse server directory uses public Roblox server identifiers and occupancy. Its separate authenticated server script is prepared for counts only; per-game installation is still required. It does not send player names, IDs, chat, IP addresses or personal session histories to the directory.

Account integrity and alternate account detection

The current Collapse integration stores explicit Discord/Roblox links only after authorization and service-scoped verification. Its account registration remains in an owner trial. It does not operate the cross-company behavioural, payment or device-correlation system previously described on this page.

Moderation uses relevant reports and supported platform tools. We do not use outside payment or contact data to fingerprint Roblox users. A moderator’s role does not grant access to unrelated company records. Ask support for review of an incorrect restriction.

Our Discord communities

Discord processes membership, roles and messages under its own policies. Authorized community staff may review material visible to them and evidence submitted for a report. Existing third-party moderation tools can have their own logging behavior and notices.

The Collapse integration stores submitted support messages, ticket identifiers, authors, status and moderation records. It does not archive unrelated channel or direct-message conversations through this integration. Account linking remains scoped to the relevant verified server.

New case evidence is a reference to a Discord message in the same server. References are encrypted in the Collapse database; the original message stays on Discord under its permissions and may be deleted. A link is not a permanent attachment archive or proof that an allegation is true.

Payments through Stripe

Payments taken outside a platform store are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your payment details directly. We never receive or store your full card number.

From a completed or attempted payment, we receive the amount, currency, date, and status, a description of the instrument such as card brand and last four digits, the name, email address, and billing address you gave at checkout, the country and postal information used for tax, an identifier for the customer and the transaction, and Stripe’s own fraud assessment of the payment, including whether it was blocked and why.

We use this to fulfil and support your purchase, to meet tax and accounting obligations, to handle refunds and disputes, and to detect payment fraud. Payment records are kept for the period our financial and tax obligations require, which is longer than the retention that otherwise applies.

Purchases made inside a Roblox experience are transactions with Roblox rather than with us, and we see only what the Roblox platform reports to a developer about them.

Security and intelligence use of information

Platinum Helix Enterprises, Inc., Golden Crown Entertainment Group, Inc., and Starlight Solutions, Inc. share founders. Authorized founders may administer records held by these companies only where their duties require access for service operation, support, security, accounting or legal compliance, and applicable law, platform rules and confidentiality obligations permit it. Common ownership is not unrestricted permission to browse or combine personal information. A community moderator or game employee does not gain access to another company’s records through that role.

Each service keeps its own verification and permissions. This notice does not create a company-wide identity database, enable cross-platform fingerprinting, or authorize using payment addresses to identify critics for off-platform contact. A verified account link proves control of those accounts; an IP address alone does not prove that accounts belong to the same person. Any new sharing purpose requires an appropriate lawful basis, notice and any required consent before it begins.

Disclosure to a platform, payment processor or authority must relate to an appropriate service, genuine incident or valid legal requirement, and be limited to necessary information. A general security purpose does not authorize indiscriminate disclosure.

Why we use information

Taken together, we use the information above to:

  • operate, maintain, and improve our websites, games, and communities
  • deliver what you asked for, including a purchase, an entitlement, or access to a community
  • moderate our communities and keep them safe, in particular for younger users
  • detect and act on cheating, exploiting, ban evasion, and alternate accounts
  • detect and prevent payment fraud, chargeback abuse, and reward abuse
  • investigate incidents and support reports to platform operators or authorities
  • understand how our releases are used so we can develop them further
  • meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and establish or defend legal claims
  • communicate with you about something you contacted us about

Who else sees information

We share information with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only for the purposes above. These currently include our hosting and edge provider, Vercel; our payment processor, Stripe; the platforms our communities and games run on, Roblox and Discord; and the providers of our email and internal tooling.

We share information with our parent company, Platinum Helix Enterprises, where that is necessary for security, fraud prevention, and the administration of the company.

We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, and, if the company is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, to the party involved, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

Hosting and database migration

We may change hosting, database, storage, email or infrastructure providers to maintain or improve the service. A migration may involve controlled copying of the information already needed for that service, including recovery copies, to replacement infrastructure. It does not authorize new uses, unrestricted affiliate access or the sale of personal information. We remain responsible for applicable processor contracts, security, retention, deletion requests, international-transfer safeguards and required notices. A change of host does not waive your rights or our legal duties.

International transfers

Our providers may process information outside your country. Where an international transfer is restricted by applicable law, an appropriate transfer mechanism and required safeguards must be in place before that transfer. We do not claim that merely using this website supplies transfer consent or that every provider holds a particular certification. Contact us for information about a transfer affecting your records.

How long we keep information

Retention depends on the record and purpose, not merely on how long the company exists. Collapse support tickets expire 90 days after opening, live server occupancy disappears after two minutes without a heartbeat, and new player-case inspection logs are scheduled for removal after 180 days.

Moderation and appeal records may be needed while a restriction, dispute or specific legal obligation continues. There is not yet a single automatic deletion schedule covering all legacy games and moderation stores. Contact us for a record-specific retention or deletion request; any refusal must have an applicable basis. Recovery copies require separate controlled retention and deletion handling.

Payment records are retained for applicable accounting, tax and dispute requirements rather than an invented universal period. Hosting log retention depends on the provider and configuration.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to certain uses of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw a consent you gave. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

To exercise a right, write to us at the address at the end of this policy from the account or email connected to the information, so that we can be reasonably confident you are who you say you are. We answer within the time the applicable law allows.

These rights have limits. We may refuse a deletion request in respect of moderation and account integrity records where keeping them is necessary for the security of our communities, for fraud prevention, or to establish or defend a legal claim, and we may refuse a request that would tell someone how our detection systems reached a decision.

If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross context behavioural advertising. Exercising a right will never mean worse service for you.

Children

Roblox experiences can reach children. Platform age settings do not automatically satisfy an external service’s parental notice, consent or child-safety obligations. Public Collapse accounts and personal player telemetry remain unavailable pending the necessary assessment and controls. A parent or guardian can contact [email protected] about a child’s information; do not submit identity documents publicly.

Security

We use encrypted transport and access controls. Collapse support transcripts and new evidence references use authenticated application encryption; credentials are kept outside public source and browser bundles. Record metadata is not all encrypted individually at application level. No system is guaranteed to be invulnerable. We assess incidents and give notices required by applicable law.

Other sites and platforms

Our sites link to other services, including our brand sites, Roblox, and Discord. Following a link takes you onto a service with its own practices, and this policy stops at the edge of our own properties.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this policy is updated before the change takes effect where that is practical, and the date at the top changes. A material change is announced on the property it affects.
